Quick and Easy Meals You Can Make at Home

Hello lovelies and welcome or welcome back to my blog! In today's post, I'm sharing some quick and easy meals that you can make at home that I make myself. These meals are on the healthier side and are great for summer!

The first meal I want to share is the meal in the photo above. This is a simple grilled cheese with Havarti cheese on Naan bread. It takes almost no time to make and is delicious. I use 2 and 1/2 slices of cheese per sandwich.

The side is a simple mixed greens salad with sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, and Italian vinegarette dressing. It's so delicious!

During the day I like to drink Yogi Blueberry Green Tea Slim Life tea and water. If I want a sweet treat, my favorite go-to is Halo Top. It's delicious, low calorie, and high protein.

If you don't like grilled cheese, a great substitute is a turkey avocado wrap. I make one on a spinach wrap with tomato, cheese, avocado, turkey, mayo, and mustard.

Sometimes I like a smoothie mid-morning and I get a frozen blend of fruit or mix my own and add coconut water or tea and blend!

I don't always eat super healthy, but these are just a few of my healthier meals/tips.
