Hello lovelies and welcome or welcome back to my blog! In today's post, I'm talking about my handmade, one of a kind, bags. These bags are iconic and unique, and I'm going to tell you a little bit about them and how to get your hands on one.
If you've been following me for any period of time, then you know I have a poetry book called Perfume on the Radio. In that book, I included my original drawings to accompany the poems.
I've been making bags for years, but in the bag in this post as well as future models, I've used the physical drawings from my sketchbook that I included in my book to create my bags.
That makes these bags competely unique using my original, only copies of my drawings. I also make all of my bags out of recycled magazine pages and tape, and depending on the handle style, I use cake pop sticks for support. This bag is made that same way.
If you like recycled items or upcycling, this bag is perfect for you. It'd also make a lovely gift!
It takes me hours to make my bags, and they're completely functioning and durable to hold all of your necessities from your phone to your wallet, journal, etc..
My bags are also art pieces! If you have an event to go to whether it be a wedding, party, or even an interview, you'll be sure to stand out and have an excellent conversation piece!
My new favorite brand Cee Cee's Closet NYC even gave me a shoutout on Instagram! So grateful to them!!! Check out the screenshot below.
I have more photos of the bag on my Instagram page @rnellesatelier, and I have a video of the bag on the same IG account as well.
So, how do you get your hands on one of these?
Send me a DM on Instagram @rnellesatelier, or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a message to me in my Contact page if you want to purchase! The price for this bag (and other variations to come) is $200.
Thank you for reading! By purchasing one of my bags, you're supporting me, a black creator, and supporting my brand!
If you have any friends or know anyone who'd be interested in one of my bags, share this post with them!
